With more than 12 years of experience in investment advisory operations, her focus is helping advisors build strong operational foundations, streamline their businesses, and create the infrastructure needed to grow. She began her career with an RIA where she played an integral role in helping the firm grow from a state-registered investment advisor into an SEC-registered firm with more than $1 billion in assets under management. This experience gave her firsthand knowledge of the operational, administrative, and regulatory demands that come with scaling an advisory firm.

Throughout her career, Amanda has worked closely with advisors at every stage of their businesses. She has served as the operational backbone for multiple advisors forming and launching their own RIAs, helping establish the systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to operate and grow an independent firm. She has also assisted advisors through the sale and transition of their practices, providing hands-on operational support during some of the most significant transitions in an advisor’s career.

At AOG, Amanda takes a highly personalized, white-glove approach to operations. She works alongside advisors to manage the complexities of running an advisory business, from day-to-day operations and custodian coordination to systems, workflows, account administration, and business transitions. Her goal is for AOG to become a true extension of each advisor’s team, allowing them to spend less time managing the operational details of their business and more time serving clients, building relationships, and growing their firms.

Amanda graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She believes that exceptional operational support should be more than simply completing tasks—it should give advisors confidence that the details are being handled correctly, efficiently, and with the same level of care they provide to their own clients. Her vision for AOG is to deliver that level of white-glove operational excellence to independent RIAs nationwide.
